Questions
When is Arci Pro coming?
Soon. Everything free in Arci works today, including 20 action builds a month. Email us and we'll tell you when Pro is ready, along with the launch offer.
Is Arci really free?
Yes. No trial, no account, no ads. The launcher, your own actions and AI with Apple Intelligence or your own key are free for good. Pro only adds more of what costs us to run.
Can I support Arci without Pro?
Yes, and thank you. Arci is made independently by Vinod at Prayukta. If it saves you time, you can buy Vinod a coffee, once or every month. A coffee is a gift: it doesn't unlock anything, and Arci works the same either way.
Do I need Pro to use AI?
No. AI actions and AI Search work in free Arci, with no limit, on Apple's on-device model or with your own API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini or OpenRouter — the provider bills you directly. Pro adds AI Search on Arci for when you'd rather not use a key of your own. Even with Pro, your own key stays the default: searching with Arci is a switch in Settings → AI.
What counts as a build?
Arci Builder turns a description in your own words into actions: you press Build, Arci shows you the changes, and you choose whether to apply them. Each press of Build is one build, whatever you then do with the result — applying, discarding or undoing it doesn't use another. A request that's empty or too long is turned away before it counts. Free builds start again each month, and unused ones don't carry over. With Pro, building is unlimited for your own use.
How many Macs can I use Pro on?
Three. Enter your license key in Arci's Settings on each Mac; to move Pro to another Mac, remove it from one first.
How do I cancel, or get a refund?
Cancel any time through Dodo Payments, which sells Arci Pro for us as the merchant of record and handles payment, tax, invoices and refunds. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. For anything else, write to support@prayukta.com.
What happens to my searches with AI Search on Arci?
It's off until you turn it on. When it's on, what you search goes to arci.prayukta.com and on to the search and AI providers that answer it, which the privacy policy names. We count searches to keep to the monthly allowance; we don't keep what you searched for.
Why are prices different in India?
Arci Pro has its own prices in Indian rupees, paid with UPI: ₹199 a month or ₹1,599 a year, with the launch offer's first year at ₹1,199. Everything else is the same.
